Great for a quick and tasty breakfast! A tortilla with boiled ham, fresh tomato and mozzarella cheese. Start your day right!
number of servings:
– 1 Dijo Grilled Tortilla
– 2 tablespoons of ketchup
– 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
– 4 slices of boiled ham
– 3 slices of tomato
– 3 tablespoons of grated mozzarella cheese
– 4 slices of any hard cheese
Spread ketchup on half of the Dijo Grilled Tortilla; put the slices of ham, cheese and tomato on top.
Sprinkle the tortilla with grated mozzarella, spread mayonnaise over the top and fold the wrap in half.
Preheat the frying pan (do not add any oil!); fry the tortilla wrap until it gets crisp brown on both sides.
Put the tortilla into an oven preheated to 180°C for about 3 minutes (until the mozzarella cheese melts).
