– 1 Dijo wheat tortilla
– canned lentils (cooked)
– herb cream cheese
– canned red pepper
– canned cucumber
– guacamole or diced avocado (optional)

Spread a fairly thick layer of herb cheese on the Dijo Wheat tortilla.

2nd step

 

Add lentils, cucumber slices, small pieces or red pepper; add guacamole on top.
